Biography

Marina Cascella is the training officer at the Florence School of Regulation since September 2019. She is responsible for planning designing and coordinating tailor-made, residential, and online training courses at the FSR.

Her role includes liaising with partners and organisation interested in developing training courses; coordinating with course directors and instructors for the training programme, and being the point of contact for participants, faculty, and staff for training.

She holds a Master Degree in International Relations from the University of Florence and a Master in Human Rights and Conflict Management from the School of Advanced Studies Sant’Anna. She has worked with several international organisations such as UNRWA, Amnesty International, Save the Children and the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights both as a programme officer – coordinating training courses and events – and as a social worker, focusing on human rights and migration.
